some questions about w350 firmware flashing, please help!

hi, i have a bit of a problem. the feeble little flap on my w350 has broken off, leaving me without a way to lock the keys. i rather like the phone without the flap, so i just need a way to lock my keys. i was thinking flashing the phone to a different firmware of a phone that has a keylock system would work, would this be something that is possible? i have never messed with a phone's firmware before but i'm not dumb and just need some help figuring everything out. some help would be really, really appreciated.

go to ur setting and does it not have a key lock op in it

the w350 has a flip that covers the keys, mine broke off. since there's supposed to be a flip over the keys, they didn't put in a way to lock the keys in the phone's settings.

can u not get a replacement one from ebay only be a few pounds would be easyer

if you look in the original post, i said i like it better without the flap, i just need a way to lock the keys. thanks for the suggestion though.
