Need Help with Z750a

I have searched the forum as how to debrand and unlock Z750a, but I get mixed information. Some said it can be done using SIMLockPatchGen, XS++ and Setool2Lite to do the job, Some said it can not be done because it has new platform DB3150. Can someone give me a streight answer please? Also if it can be done, where can find the firmware I need to mod this phone? Thank you.

You can debrand and unlock db3150 phones , but not for free.
