SE W760 keep on restarting.. HELP!!

Hi, I just got my W760i like 2 months ago. And last night, I noticed that the icons at my phone main menu screen all disappeared except the Walkman icon. So I restarted it, hoping the main icon problem will disappear and everything return to normal.

But since then, the phone just keep on restarting and never managed to switched on. I tried removing the sim card, the 4g SanDisk m2 memory stick i use, and the phone battery, but the phone still keep on restarting..

I tried to use SEUS, but it wont work , because it said the phone firmware is up to date...

Someone please help me......!!

You can still use seus to flash the phone even if is say your mobile's firmware is up to date .

If your phone still cover with warranty take him to service

Hi, how to flash the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service even if is say your mobile's firmware is up to date? Please help me on this..

Because everytime I try, it just said Update not available ,the software in your phone is up to date, back to start....

I had the same problem with my W800 and for solve it you have to unistall the SEUS and the download it directly from the sonyericsson site
then start the SEUS and it should have new graphics and the possibility to reinstall the firmware also if you have yet the last

hi guys I searched every where for a solution to this exact problem.... :( seems like no one knows an answer.... this is my last place that i can even see some one else having the same problem. I have tried every thing possible... with A2 uploader and seus .. i even uninstalled seus and downloaded from the site and updated still does not change...


Every time i flash the firmware it shows as as successfully flashed but when i reboot the phone stil restarts and then i check to see if the firmware has changed it has not changed. still the same original firmware.

Could this be a hardware related issue.

Firmware does not update is my problem............. and phone keeps restarting at the begining doe not boot.:(

If anyone can help me out or direct me to a solution that would be help full.

still the same :( i took out memory card and sim to test. but still restarting
