D-Ultimate problems with w890

Ok...I bought 0.5 log from topsony.com to unlock my w890. So far so good!
I go through the procedure described everywhere: set IP , port, username, psw,ecc...
On JOB tab I select my phone, select "direct unlock" (cause I WANT TO UNLOCK IT!!!). then I plug in my phone with the DCU-65 cable keeping 2-5, windows recognize the phone, D-Ultimate recognize the device (SEMC WMC Device) but...

NOTHING HAPPENS THEN!!!! I dont get to press ready, or do anything else! It doesnt start the unlocking procedure

PLEASE HELP ME:confused:

by the way...do I have to insert the SIM card or not?

The only thing I can do is to to check my Credit status! When I connect the phone, it comes up in the devices list but nothing happen.
Am I supposed to use the SIM card or not during the procedure? And the phone nas to be on or off?

no u dont need to the sim do u have the drivers instail proply on ur pc and a full battry and hold the 2 and 5 button on ur phone when u con it to it

I fixed it and now the phone is fully unlocked!
It was a driver problem, quite tricky to solve on Vista!
Anyway....DRIVERS GOTTA WORK!!
