puzzle about XS++3.2

I want to flash my w660
after pressing the 'connect' i press 2+5 and connect the phone with my PC.
It's shown that port is open but just 2 lines infomation on the screen.
and I cannot choose other options except 'Setting'.

So anybody can give me some suggestions?

yep try holding the c button but it may have a cid 53 phone and xs 3.1 wont work on cid 53 and do u have the w660 driver and flash usb driver on ur pc

Connect with xs++ ( press c ) and copy here your phones log without IMEI number.
