Flashed s500i but still have a phone block

I have a s500i and it's blocked with a code but I don't have this code.Someone knows how to fix this?

What code ? SIM or PHONE code, and 1 more thing-your phone is CID52 or CID53

phone code the phone is CID52, I heard from someone that when i unlock the phone this wil help...

use XS++ 3.1 and he can reset phone code to 0000

When you connect your phone with XS and XS recognize phone open on the right side down GDFS and you will see phone lock button,just hit and XS will reset your phone code to 0000
