To change the language of my phone ( to farsi ) i copied some files into app and fbs and fonts into c:/resources/

for getting more sure i copied and overwrote the app files into k:/resources/app
now when i turn the phone on it says that because of some improvements phone will be restarted.
then it gets restarted and again it shows that and again ir restarts and it repeats again and again....
what should i do?
is there any way to flassh the phone with xs++ 3.1??? do anyone have the flash files' link????? :(
