i have this program, it does not run in my comp... i found this info:
If the program doesn't work well, also install:
winscard.rar (in Download area)
Copy Winscard.dll in SEMCTool folder.
DLLS.zip (in Download area)
Copy the files: DK2WIN16.32.DLL, DK2WIN32.DLL and FTVCP2G.DLL: to C:\Windows\System32 (Windows NT/2000/XP) or C:\Windows\System (Win98)
but i can not find those files "DLLS.zip" some help please...
