Hi, can someone help me? I can't find my music, pictures, and videos in the media folder of the phone but I can find the files in the file manager. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Go to Media settings and select update media,all the media fiiles in the phone will be updated.If problem exits,it may be due some software issue.
