K850i Problem

Hi, as of today I randomly got an error message on my K850i saying, "Errors occur in the menu.ml file. This may render the menu unusable." I have not done anything to the phone, I bought it unlocked back in May and I have never had any problems. After I got this message the phone would not read any files off my memory card, it refuses to show me my contacts (it could have possibly deleted them), and it will not let me send any text messages. I am using it with AT&T at the moment if that makes any difference. Does anyone know what I could do to fix it. Any ideas are welcome. Thank you.

u need to reflash the custom pack on ur phone but there is no free way to do it at the moement

Its still under warranty but would the warranty cover that? And is sending the phone back to SE my best bet for getting it fixed or getting a new one?

If you have dont nothing to the phone then SEND it back.
