help me my phone is all stretched out when i switch it on w580i

OK so i flashed my w580i and i flashed my mates w580i and when i turned it on the screen was all stretched out and you could just about read it plz help me if its something to do with firmare can anyone tell me what that is or show me a vid tutorial and the download to that firmware plz help me:confused::confused::confused:

this problem could be resolve if you flash with the firmware R8BE001

but if the problem persist could be a problem of hardware
