k850i camera flash problem...

hello, im new here, i had a k790 (stock) i never flashed it, and it worked for one year an now he is dead because a lot of falls...

so here is the problem, everytime i take a picture on the darkness my camera flash iluminate the complete picture and al i can see is brightness on my face like if i were an angel... i heard about it was a firmware problem but, i tryed with SEUS to update my software to R1FA035, and i still having the same problem ?

does anyone knows what is wrong? or had the same problem?

There is no way to improove K850's camera quality free.

try this:

1) in standby mode go to the sevice meny by pressing: *>*<<*<*

">" means you you have to press right
"<" means you have to press left
"*" is the star button left from the 0 button
(i don't think your a fool or something but a lot of people seems to have problems with it :p)

new in the menu that pops up select discharge flash. now your flash will go of one time to decharge it.

Probably K790 use different kind of flash...

Either try one or two of these:
1. Step back a little
2. Use scene modes like 'Twilight Portrait'
3. Set your EV to negative little by little

i did more than once... discharge flash and now it is less brightness but the pictures still being horrible...
any other idea?

Maybe you've got wrong flash focus distance.I mean, the flash is too near to you

Hi!when make the pictures try to dont put the fingers in the front size of the phone,hold them only in the bottons side,this happened to me many times ,if you put someting in the front the sensor will work wrong,:)
