Need clearification
Well here is my situation. I just flashed my W580i with setool2lit. The files i flashed was:
-w580_CDA102568_R8A_GENERIC_C_ASIA
-W580_R8BA024_FS_C_ASIA_RED52.fbn
-W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn
I am just wondering if i can reflash my phone with:
-HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R8A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG
-W580_R8BA024_FS_TAIWAN_RED52.fbn
-W580_R8BA024_MAIN_TAIWAN_LA_RED52.mbn

Re: Need clearification
CDA must match with FS, so you should use:
W580_R8BA024_MAIN_TAIWAN_LA_RED52.mbn
W580_R8BA024_FS_TAIWAN_RED52.fbn
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_105_R8A_GENERIC_TAIWAN

Re: Need clearification
why would you use a hong kong CDA when your Main and FS both taiwan? and not you cant use it like that. like someone mentioned about, you FS files must be in the same region as your CDA.

Re: Need clearification
Or, if you're looking for chinese traditional Hong-Kong language, you can use :
W580_R8BA024_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LA_RED52
W580_R8BA024_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG

Re: Need clearification
Ok, Im guessing that dynafire wants to have a Taiwanese interface but would prefer simplified chinese input (if i guess right), the Taiwanese input does support "pin yin" input which is a lot easier to use since they use English characters IMO =) so if you are worry about unable to use Pin yin with taiwanese Custom file, dont worry, CDA taiwan does support pin yin as well, put they came out traditional chinese characters tho.
