Question for the experts.

Hey guys,

Here is what im trying to do. I would love to be able to see my birthdays(lots and lots of nieces and nephews) in my monthly calendar view as a different color. As is i work shift work and use my calendar to enter my work schedule. The problem is when i go to the calendar view all numbers of the month are in bold and black. Therefor have no clue if its a work shift or birthday unless i go day by day and view it that way. This is exactly what im trying to avoid. Would love a quicker view where if i select the month view i could have all the birthdays red blue green whatever color bolded and my work schedule in black. Hopefully someone has an idea/patch. Let me know.
