K550i help needed has 5 counter blocks

Hi all
After doing the Sony updates first, I purchased an unlock patch for my Sony Ericsson K550i phone as it is locked to virgin and I want to be on 02, I was told I needed firmware R1JD001 MAIN GENERIC so I downloaded it, but after using XS++ it shows CID 51 and EROM 53 and a different firmware no, the patch is for 49,50,51 and of course it didn’t work, this is what I got from the XS++

It is not possible yet to unlock for free CID53.

I already know it can not be unlocked for free I wanted to know how to get it unlocked if I paid for another unlock code have already bought one but was for the wrong cid

It also says that if i have 5 locks it is a software era and i want to know how to sort the software out and if you can tell from the details in my previous post what steps i need to take to sort out the software problem
