how to start techmode on k530

hi i need help i need to start techmode on my k530 for my work but when i put the *585*....... its said unknown application

I don't know what exactly this is, but K770i doesn't have it either.

w850i has tec mode but whot is it

On db2020 techmode is disabled, must change customize_ugrade.xml with this
Enable_Techmode on db2020.html

Then work fine :)

I'd like to know it also, i never heard of it either.
