Trying to debrand w580i again

so my phone broke on me and i had to send it back into rogers to get it repaired.. i got it back branded back to rogers so now im trying to debrand it again to get my falsh menus back

so i downloaded W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53, W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_1_RED53, and the custpack is HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_15_R8A_GENERIC_AMERICA_1

after running XS++v3.1 my phone info is

then i select the file's i want to flash but the it gives me a flash failed error like this

so why doesn't it work? i did it before like 5 months ago and it went well
does anyone know how to get it debranded?
