flashing old t68

what a complication to flash this piece of crap ;)

I received onbe to change it lguage set to include spanish, I downloaded SBN file for US1 and US2 from download area.
I opened old usb smart semc tool v1.2 and started to flash teh file and it hung at 99%, after a long while it gave an error.
I tried to upload the second file US2 and also hangs at 99%

I tried to open these files for flashing on my Universal Box software and it says files are not correct.

What is the correct procedure ?
should I flash ARM and then the SBN after finifhing the ARM ?
DO I have to flash a GDFS Decustomization and then trhe SBN?
