Copying files in the file system

Is there a way to copy files fromt he File System (download)? Please help:confused:

I'm so sorry for not giving you the details. I'm asking if i can copy files in the file system directly from the phone. Like reading the file system and copy the files directly, like WAP and MMS profiles. I was able to read the file system using Phone XS++, but this tool doesnt have an option to copy files, only upload function no download option.
