Extract .Mbn file (Main)?

Hey Ppl..

I´ve a question, how can i extract a .mbn file (main)

I´ve tried with "read3150_0.3" so then extract 4 files called:

FOTA.CXC PCORE.CXC phone_acc.cxc phone_app.cxc.

But how can i extract CXC file?
