Low call colume with default hearphones on S500i, HELP!

For the first time I tried the default earphones that came with my phone, the default ones I didn't buy any... But I have a problem.

They work just fine if I play a song or something but when I'm in a call, I can barely hear anything and the volume is at the maximum available.

I need to pull the earphone into my hear and hold it there to hear anything...

What's wrong with this? Am I missing something?

This is a H/W issue , pls check the ESD IC ..
you must disaseemble the phone and chek for liquid damage

ive got this problem too and i dont know why ???
