w900i unable to upgrade

Hi all, this is my first time here.
My w900i is unable to upgrade, i have tried with SSU and XS++,neither them detects it.
But it is detects by pc suite.
The firmware version is RSA022.
I need to update because i'd like to change english menu language to italian.

You should use Far + JDFlasher. It supports DB2000 CID49,50,51.

I would rather use XS++ 3.1! Firstly is your phones flash drivers been installed properly? often the people didnt install it correctly and therfore XS can not detect it. Next, remember to pull your battery out for 2minutes and then put it back before connecting it to XS. Lastly, first open XS -> click connect -> and then hold "c" on your phone (dont let go unitl it tell you too). Good luck!

Drivers are installed. Tried again with XS++ 3.1, got message error: cannot open phone communication port.

your driver is not installed properly. Search for the guide on topsony to install flash driver and then follow it properly.Good luck.

Leave the battery out for more then 2 minutes before yoe start the update service !
Take 5, go get a beer or something...
Then start the update service
