Need guru's help.. Transfer app from P1i to k770

Hi there
This is my first post here so go easy on me if I say something stupid. I'm new at mobile hacking..
I had P1i for a few months, and bought some app that needs activation.. I activated it and used it, but since I'm quite unhappy with P1, I decided to buy K770.
Since I don't want to spend another 100 EUR on something I bought few months ago, I created backup of all files on my P1. I backed up all directory structure
Main files from that app (jar, jad, ini and mli extension) are in \private\102033E6\MIDlets\[1012ef1c]
I found another file which is database file for that app, and name stards with DB_ and then some characters wich are some kind of app guid, I don't know how to transfer that app to K770.
I used FAR and uploaded all files to ams directory on phone, but the app is not visible in app menu when I boot phone.. The phone is debranded with regular unlock code I got from my operator.. It's CID 53 version, so I used jdflasher plugin for FAR
Sorry if I asked stupid question cos maybe it's impossible to achieve what I want..all my knowledge about mobile hacking is one day old :D
