[SOLVED] Access to Spanish Forum

I've noticed that my login+password don't work when i try to log into the spanish forum (i'm from venezuela)

two quick questions:
1.- Is there a way to access it with my current account? i know some people in the spanish forum whom i'd like to contact, but i prefer the english site to get the technical info.

2.- in case 1. is a no go... could i open a new account in the spanish site using the same email, maybe using the same user name as well?
