wud i need the... "victims" permission 1st? or can i get straight in2 a fone which has its blu tooth on?
no u need permission first time and add to ur BT devices
4m next time u can directly attack victim

MiniCommander v 4.1 have option via Bluetooth send/receive files to/from other phone: MiniCommander.jar
I think that BlueFTP is muuch much better
