Need help : Is this a hardware or software issue

My W850i has a problem, I cannot hear my callers unless I use speaker but they can hear me. I recently had it unlocked and debranded it picks up the network ok and I can receive calls send text etc except make calls. it appears to make the calls but then it never dials and the call is disconnected.

any help would be greatly appreciated

to check , enter the service menu and check you speaker from there
if it didn't work then it is a h/w a faulty speaker maybe
