Maybe you need to replace your keyboard?
This is really strange - you can check GDFS with XS++ or Setool2lite. If is damage you will see,but I'm pretty sure that was hardware problem
how to "see" damaged gdfs using xs ? u mean, if gdfs is broaken xs can`t read it ?
