G502 problem

When i connect mobile on cable in mass storage mode ,mobile just light and keys too and nothing ,not responding ,but when i turn it off and press and hold 2 and plug in cable in then it works..is that because of pathetic t-mobile soft or it is hardware ?? i think that soft is bad cause press 2 and plug in works...

I think that's how its supposed to work, because the phone thinks your just plugging it into a charger.

Have you installed the USB drivers for your G502?

why do u want to connect in mass storage mode anyway...just use the media transfer mode...its the best way to transfer whatever you want
