Dynamic Menu Error w300i

I downloaded mp3 files not using the disk to phone software. I deleted my play list when suddenly an error message pops out. "An error occurred on my music files by not using the disk to phone software and told me to use the disk to phone to avoid those error. I tuned off my phone and when I switch it on and press the menu that's when the "Dynamic Menu Error" comes out. And it also have an error message about a menu.ml or something like that, I cant remember every detail in the message. When I press ok, there are only 3 icons left in my menu. The 2 internet icons and the games Icon. So I decided to turn it off and switch it back on. This time another message Pops out when I press the menu. "Dynamic Menu Error". Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or your service centre". This time, not even a single icon appear. I cannot go to settings to reset my phone. it also cannot connect to pc suite. I have tried to reinstall the usb flash driver but it still cannot connect. I also have tried to update it with SE update service but it says that I have the most recent software available for my phone. I also have tried to Flash it using the setool 2 lite 1.11. The first time I have tried it I accidentally killed my phone. Until I restore the firmware and my phone had been revived but the "Dynamic Menu Error " Is still there.


Any help guys? This is my favorite phone and I'm not ready to buy another one!!!:(

If your phone still has warranty take him to service,if you don't than you need to do full flash(because it seems your menu.ml and custpack are corrupted)with
MAIN,FS and CUSTPACK. menu.ml is responsible for icons and this error "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or your service centre" is connected with custpack

Thanks for the reply bro! I bought my phone on May last year in Malaysia and I'm in the Philippines right now. I think the 1 yr warranty had lapsed.

Can you please teach me how to do a full flash as you have stated. I currently have SETool v1.11 lite, w300i menu.ml, and W300i_R9A036_MAIN_GENERIC_JE_RED49.mbn. all came from download area. I really appreciate you helping me on this. Thanks

Even though we have not finished discussing this, you're second post helps me a lot! I have now my phone working like brand new. It deleted some of my personal files and applications but I'm still very grateful as I have now my phone back to normal! Thanks a lot friend!!
