Wrong part?

I dont know if im posting this in the right section but
through alot of crap i've had to order parts from an online store in order to repair my Sony ericsson W580

This is the part i ordered
it arrived yesterday and i was all ready to install it, until i find out that my cable that connects power and crap to it Doesn't fit!!
i didn't break anything when i removed it (to uninstall it) because it will still fit back into the old connector please for the love of god help..

You do know that there are two versions of the W580i upper keypad with flex & speaker. Version 1 has the larger connectors and version 2 has the smaller connectors. Check your version here
