i put in orange sim card and the phone is still locked to t-mobile

You never unlocked the phone? You simply flashed it.

oh right... my bad...
so anyone know how i can go around to de branding/unlocking it?

U cantr unlock cid 53 through free patch.

A paid service like D-Unlocker which top sony are resllers is your only option 20 Euros.

corner shops in my area use some random programme to unlock phones

they just pull out a cable from their big chest draw of cables... hook up your phones and 2 mins later they give you back your phone. and I can see their screen from the mirror behind them and there is no internet apps involved.

just a big screen with the words unlocked now and a progress bar

anyone have something similar to this?

then he unlocked it for me

all for 15 British pounds or 19.0113499 Euros

D-Unlocker isnt my only option :P

And you did pay for it in the end just short of 20 euros!!

15 Quid, I always thought getting a phone unlocked would be cheaper, well thats what my friend told me. He unlocked he's Nokia 6280 for 5GBP from a local market stall.
