Removing some files from the phone

I want to backup the customization files of my K550i since its made for my country. Which program should i use? I shall upload it here too later.

I think you can do something with JDFlasher+Far Manager, but I'm not sure if you can save the customizations. I think you can only save the FileSystem. If you want to delete stuff from your phone that's locked JDFlasher does this also.
