how to: Replace Op Logo with GIF Op Logo???? (Op = Operator)

hi

can you tell me how to change my text operator logo with a graphical operator logo, like gif's..????
i dont like my operator logo, i want a custom logo.. and if possible i want it to be colored..

i hope some one can help me, im striving to search this but i cant find it.. :(

Than try to find someone to make patch for your phone with that logo,but I'm not sure is it possible
