p990i internal memory recovery (HELP HELP HELP!!!! please emergency)

im wondering if theres anyway to recover all my data in p990i internal memory cuz i accidentally reset my phone. please helppppppp!!!!!!!! thank you

unless you made a back-up beforehand, no way you can recover it back...

Once the data was erased it cannot be recovered on a mobile phone. As stated before, the only way to recover it is if you made a back-up.
