k750 - Help reflash firmware

Can anyone advise me on how i can go about reflashing my firmware.
What apps do i need, where can i download them etc....

Search se-nse
for program XS++

you can also flash by davinci and finalize by xs++

The easy way is by DaVinci, the software will do almost everything by itself.....

does anybody know a tutorial for xs++?

you can use cid 49 pack from download section of topsony.(i use it too AND its complete for flashing) and guides from TUTORIALS & GUIDE forum
