W580i urgent debranding help!!!

Hey guys, I'm new here so sorry if this is the wrong place to put a thread like this, I debranded my phone about three times now and it continues to show "config. error. Please contact...." when I turn on my phone, plus the fonts are too big to fit the screen.

So I know quite a few people have had this problem and you guys told that they forgot to customize their phone but I did something different.

At my first attempt and second attempt at debranding my w580, I followed everything done here: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JJVdgOIo-Y&feature=related"

It did the config error thing plus the fonts grew bigger, so I tried to do the same method again (without customizing the phone) and nothing changed. And finally at my third attempt I switched the files I was using I used:
XS+++ and as my main I used: W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn
and as my FS i used: W580_R6BC002_FS_AMERICA_1_RED52.fbn
and as my custpack I used: Laura_i_CDA102774_20_R1A_Generic_Trade_USA.zip

But nothing changed, the font stayed big and the config. error thing was still there. Any tips/suggestions?

P.S. I do not want to use wotan.

bro i had the same problem the only fing was that my fonts were orite.....i only changed the cuspack and the it worked perfect......try that

But which custpack should i use?

i dont know i have one but is for europe.......i searched on google so......
