I was wondering does anyone know how to fix this problem. The left on the d-pad and the right soft key doesn't work until I apply pressure on the faceplate but all other buttons work fine.

My friends W580i all the top half of the bottoms have stopped working and the keypads half all cracked. I think Sony Ericsson already know the phones have issues.
I also have the problem with the keypad. My "#" button on my keypad hardly seem to be working anymore. SOmetimes it works, sometimes it's not. Sometimes i have to press the keypad really2 hard to makes it works. Any of you guys here know how to fix itt? and what is the problem with my phone?
The only way to fix this problem is to go buy the keypad membrane flex on ebay.Quote:

It's seem almost W580i have problem about its keypad, i'm going to buy one, but still afraid of this problem !
