I'm new to the debranding & unlocking business. Just awhile ago I flashed my phone to a different firmware (first time :P). My phone was branded as Fido then after flashing its no longer under Fido. I guess this is debranding.
But wats unlocking?? And wats the difference between the two?
Unlocking enables you to use the phone with other SIM cards.
And Debranding will delete all staff in the software from your operater. Your Operater is for example Hutchitson 3G it is a brand and therefore debranding.
then in other words, i have just debranded my phone but i haven't unlocked it ~
