W580i Camera problem

Hey guys i'd like to know if someone has the same trouble: when i go to camera mode on my W580i it gets stuck on the grey picture with the camera logo, and the leds also stay on. the phone gets totally stuck. the camdriver is original, i tried to replace it by another in order to solve the problem but it couldn't. i successfully updated the firmware to R8BE001 to eventually solve the problem but it still get stucked. only the camera mode freezes the phone all the other features work. when the phone freezes i have to take the battery out. can someone help me?

i recommened you should flash main and fs again for fix problem.

i believe flashing your main and fs will solve your problem.

i already fully flashed my phone and the problem persists :(

If you flashed it but still you have problems,it is a hordware fault...You have to change te camera flex cable,I guess..

if you flashed it, meaning you wiped and reloaded a whole new firmware, and the problem still persists, then it isn't related to the firmware, something is wrong with the hardware portion of the phone. However, if its anything like a computer- a camera driver maybe corrupted somehow. Are you sure you flashed absolutely everything? maybe patches are affecting it?
