unsupported combination.
Have you selected the phone type? Also have you put the patch to Misc files box, and have you pressed the Write script button?
I suggest you to read the first post of Remove SIM-lock patch generator. Here follow the DB2010 CID49 patching guide...
Re: 1 unlock left for W810i
i think there was no big hassle. you can find all rest files in support area if not then flash with any firmware and just unlock. i think it is simple. sorry if i am wrong. if you need any file just tell.
Re: 1 unlock left for W810i

W810_R4CF002_FS_ORANGE_GEN_RED49.fbn

XS++, SETool2 Lite cannot read the EROM version from DB2010 phones. It is normal and no need to worry.
The Remove_SIM_lock_W810_R4CF002.vkp is generated from W810_R4CF002_MAIN_ORANGE_HN_RED49.mbn or you downloaded it from somewhere? If you downloaded it then probably will not work, because it is for MAIN GENERIC.
Generate the vkp patch from the MAIN using Remove SIM-lock patch generator(the link is in my signature).
If you get a message saying that some values differs, then reflash the MAIN, and patch it again.
Please bear in mind that even if the phone is unlocked by patch, the flashing/patching tools will report it as locked(because they read the information from GDFS): Network LOCKED
