Please advice : upgrading language on w700i

I am currently using W700i with firmware main
W700_R1CA021_MAIN_EU_1

and firmware FS
W700_R1CA021_FS_APAC

If i flash my firmware FS to
W700_R1CA021_FS_THAI_RED49
can my phone support thai as phone language?
As i need thai language as the main phone language (.lng).

Please advice whether this will work, as i have tried flashing my W700 with many firmware FS & main, but till now i still can't get THAI as my main phone language.

Yes, your phone can support any language you flash into it. It's important that u flash the right package. I as thinking about your CID49...maybe you need to patch your phone to de-protect it.

Just download apropriate firmware from download zone! Flash jour phone with xs++ and enyoy!:)
