Pictures saving failed!!!!

hello friends!
im new here, i've k800i
the problem is when i try to capture a pic it is not save after capturing. my phone have enough memory space but i don't know whats the problem with it? can any body help me please ?
and how to flash my k800 to k810i, my phone contain RIKG001 and CID 52. which is the suitable FS for me, i belongs to Pakistan.

This might b a software prblm. Try doin a master reset. Well to convert ur phone there r tutorials on hw to do that. try searching the forum.

100 times in a day i do that :( i mean master reset bt my problem is still there.
