Hi
I have a w910i which keeps coming up "Inactive Sim" so I bought a new sim card for it (same network) and it says the same thing.
I thought I would update the firmare... but when I go to "Downloads" it only mentions "W910i" RED ? Mine isn't red... does this matter? Mine is black...
Also, what do I need to apply the firmware?
it doesn't matter...use the latest version...
The phone has a "provider sim lock" through the network. You should change provider with another sim to see if it still locked. The update don't remove this lock.Quote:
