I cannot patch K610i

Hi to all,
I tried to patch simlock, but without any good results:(. My cellphone is K610i and operator is Orange IL. I used setool2_v1.11 followed by all instruction in the forum. I got only one bad effect is now when i turn on my phone i get black background and orange line on the bottom of the screen, and when i put in the SIM of Orange IL operator i get this message:"Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service center."

What i must to do to fix this prolem, and can i solve the problem or only in service center??

You are miss the customization/finalization procedure by custom pack. Reread the guide, you have forgot some step.
