Problems with MobilEdit

2 days ago I purchased 2 credits at WotanServer.com. One of which was used for MobilEdit. Unfortunately the provided license key does not allow me to activate MobilEdit. When entering the key I receive following error message:

Unable to activate MOBILedit!, following error has occurred:
Your updates are expired and this version cannot be used with your Activation Key(00002B10).

I downloaded the most recent version at the time and received the key about a the same time. I checked with the update checker for any eventual updates, but it states that the software is up to date.

I contacted support (opened a ticket), however, except for a David telling me that he will look into the issue and that the ticket is on hold, nothing happened so far. The answer was there the second I posted the ticket, so I assume that is an auto reply kind of thing. And the Live Support is always "OFFLINE".

Is there anyone here who came across the problem with the activation and maybe can tell me if I do something wrong?

Well, I never tried MobilEdit, I am wondering that did you use the one from Wotan site or from anywhere else, cause I see the Wotan one has no update, so I guess the license is only for MobilEDit Wotan Special Edition

I downloaded MobilEdit directly from http://www.WotanServer.com. There is a download link top/right on the home page to MobilEdit 2.3.0.7.

However, this seems indeed not to be pointing to the correct version. The problems is, I just can't find a link to a WotanServer special edition.

Gee, this is really testing my patients.

Wonder if I should just write off the d..n 15 Euros I spent and look for a different solution. After all there is another solution provider for mobile de-branding. And they actually provide a support tel.no. instead of an auto answering "David".

OK! Seems there was a general issue with the keys provided by MobilEdit for WotanServer Special Edition. I meanwhile received a new and working key.
