Firmware need for w580i

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out how to take backup of my firmware. Also please let me know from where I can figure out firmware files for my model I got the following details.

In respect to the firmware files, you can try googling or you have the site's downloads area but, you have to meet some requirements.

remember backup all the information first!
