Sony Ericsson w580i from Engish to dutch firmware?

I bought a sony-ericsson W580i in England. I want the dutch firmware on it but i can't find GOT SEMC.
I have download W580_R8BE001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED52.rar. This is the dutch firmware i think.
Were can i get GOT SEMC or is there a better program ?
How must i connect my gsm with my laptop (what kind of cable?)
Is there a "step to step" tutorial ?

For flash your phone my advice is to use XS++ 3.1 which is very simple.
If you don't know which firmware already are present in your phone you must use also the main file firmware. Europe_3 is right for Dutch.

If i use the main firmware is it than still posible to use my Belgian Simcard. If negative what can i do to fix this?

If the phone you bought in UK is unlocked, you should still be able to use your Belgian Simcard after flashing main, provided you do not flash any custpacks that are network specific. i.e. only use the GENERIC custpacks.
