Debranding Vodafone UK K800i

I recently attempted to debrand my Vodafone UK K800i using xs++ to a generic firmware. and then applied CDA102511/130. Good news is phone still works but this update didn't have quite the desired effect.

I was attempting to remove Vodafone WAP/Shutdown etc customisations (all of which are still present - I believe this is because I used CDA102511/130).

The two buttons (answer & hang up) on vodafone UK handsets (internet connection buttons on other handsets) now attempts to access the internet/wap. I wanted to keep these buttons working as call answer/hangup...

So my question is can I get my phone back to the original Vodafone UK settings to reenable the buttons? Is it possible to obtain a Vodafone UK firmware/CDA that matches what orginally came installed on my phone?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm still quite new to this. Although have found reading TopSony to be a very helpful.

i also debranded my k800i from vodafone, i do miss the call buttons and the battery and signal icons but the vodafone branding is horrible i kept the wap internet links by using a special custpack i made, anyway to rebrand you need
K800_R1KG001_MAIN_VODAFONE_WI_RED52

K800i_CDA102511_130_R1A_Vodafone_United_Kingdom

download that firmware from the download section and flash it with xs++3.1 theres loads of flashing guides around this forum just search.

This is my first post and would like to get back the use of the red and green buttons.
I flashed mine with the generic firmware, if i re-flash it with the firmware listed in above post will it go back to being exactly as it was before debranding ?
In other words is the firmware you've listed the same as what was originally on my Vodafone K800i ?

How do you edit the custpak ?

Anyone know how to get the original Vodafone firmware back .... Flashed my phone with R8BA024_RED52 and now it's all over the place

custpacks can be edited in notepad, and to restore a phone back to vodafone you need the vodafone branded firmware from the download section.

I'm wanting to debrand my phone from Vodafone, but also keep the green and red call buttons working the same as they did before (as opposed to the generic firmware action of wap/internet).

Is there a generic UK custpack with the buttons working like that? If not, would somebody please make one with those changes, or possibly tell me exactly what lines I'd need to add to an existing generic custpack (and to which file)?

It's the only thing issue I really want to resolve, to be able to use the latest firmware (R8BA024) happily.

I also have the same problem as above, i have flashed my Vodafone branded k800 to generic firmware and the call buttons now have a changed function. As i understand it, i be able to keep the generic firmware and remap the button functions in the custom pack, could someone confirm that?

Also number1, could you upload the custpack you made to solve this problem?

Basically is the key to fixing the problem in the custpack or is it a combination of the main, fs and custpack?

the functions of the buttons are controlled by the main firmware, heres the custpack i made for a unbranded EUROPE_2 phone that has the vodafone wap links etc,

I debranded my phone with these files below but i would like to restore the function of the red/green buttons so they are used for end call/call.

Will the custpack you've provided achieve this and how do i use it, do i need to flash again with the above main & fs files ?
