Question How to install usb flash driver

I connect my w580i with my computer. I found new hardware. I browse it to the folder which has the install file I downloaded from some link in this forum. However, it doesn't matter which one I use, it doesn't install. How to unstall usb flash driver? Anybody show me the guide, please! And remember that I just connect for files transfer, not for any other things like flashing, debrand...
And after I safety remove hardware, in the phone still show "do not remove the usb cable until you have exited the application on your PC", and if I remove the usb cable, the phone automatically turn off. Is it ok?

    1.Turn off phone.
    2. Start XS++ and click Connect.
    3. Download -> SEMP_USB_Driver.rar and click Extract Here on Desktop.
Hold "C" on phone and connect with USB cable.

    4. When see Found New Hardware Wizard click:

    Other variant:

    Move ggsemc.sys in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers

Thank you. So I must install XS++ before I can install usb flash driver? I haven't install XS++ yet. It's strange, but I will try. Do I have to take my battery out before I do that?

unknown device? it usually only says unknown device when u connect to pc without the battery in the phone. it has to be inside the phone when u connect.

If this dosen't help then there is a problem with your usb port, lead or phone. however the phone dosen't usually malfunction like that

I did install it and now I can back up, flash normally. However, everytime I start Windowns, the Hardware Updated Wizard pop up. It still says that Mass Storage Controller is not configured correctly. It is annoying. Do you know anyway to stop it???

re-install the drivers for your phone and connect it on another USB port.
