"Charging alien battery" on K800i

please help me , when connect the charger to the phone, appear \"Charging, Alien Battery\". and after charging, the phone discharge in 12 hours! i bought this phone (K800i) 2 days ago. please help me :confused: sorry for my bad english

There is no problem, the battery in your phone may be a non-genuine SE battery, maybe one of those off-the-shelves chinese ones.

If your battery is original, and despite this you get this message, then it may be defective.

Usually the phone charges slower in this mode (alien mode).

Since your phone is only two days ol you could take it back and give the seller some stick for that. It would be under warranty anyway right.

If you bought this phone brand new and the battery you talk about is the one that came with it, then return it to the seller. It certainly is faulty, or you have been ripped off with a fake battery.

thanks everybody. yesterday I took another battery from seller, but second battery had problem too! then I went to another shop and I bought a new battery :( . The new battery works properly ;) however, I am very happy and K800i is the best :cool:
